LG Twins’ Adam Plutko (32) continues his winless hunt. He has yet to lose a game and is on pace for his 10th win of the season.
On April 18, Plutko pitched seven innings of one-run ball against the Doosan Bears in Jamsil. He was named the winning pitcher in the team’s 15-3 victory. It was Plutko’s ninth win of the season.
In his second season in the KBO, Plutko has yet to take a loss this year. Of the 13 pitchers with five or more wins this year, Plutko is the only one without a loss.

Jung Min-tae of the Hyundai Unicorns was the first to reach 10 wins in 2003, followed by Park Myung-hwan of Doosan in 2005 and Song Eun-beom of the SK Wyverns (now LG) in 2009. They were followed by Hector Noesi of the KIA Tigers in 2017 and Doosan’s Seth Hurankov in 2018.

Plutko has made one appearance against Lotte this year, tossing a seven-inning no-hitter. Last year, he also had a strong outing against Lotte, going 2-1 with a 2.35 ERA in four starts.
